Wu is a journalist and published author who contributes regularly to CityBeat, various online publications, and who manages a promotions/marketing company, Zeit Productions. She has a BA in jazz performance, a certificate in Journalism, was appointed an AAJ Fellow in 2002, spent four years traveling abroad, published Rosa Farm (a children's book) in 2006, and currently works full-time at a non-profit organization (Cooperative for Education). Now that we've gotten that out of the way … Liz is a Cincinnati native who feels that the talent we have right here in the city is tremendous. She will be highlighting some of the best and brightest female artists in the region in a monthly column as well as sharing cool news and happenings in her blog, "What's Up Cincinnati". As a professional musician, she will be paying close attention to the local music scene and letting you know about shows you won't want to miss, as well as keeping her finger on the pulse of other notable happenings in the Tri-State. |
