I was born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky, have lived in Western Canada and Southern California. My travels have taken me to every state in the US with the exception of four. Visiting large cities such as New York, Boston, Philadelphia, DC, Annapolis, Chicago, Detroit, St Louis, Houston, Denver, Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Nashville, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Santa Monica, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Great Falls, Helena, Salt Lake City….just to name a few. I have never experienced such a small town feeling in a medium sized city like Cincinnati. I have found home and put down roots. Great people, companies, history, arts, sports, education, restaurants, live music and other entertainment- you name it, Cincinnati has it. We have incredible neighborhoods spread throughout Greater Cincinnati with a wonderful diversity of culture. I challenge you to find something we are missing!
Let me take you on a tour anywhere within a 60 mile radius. I know Cincinnati inside and out. I love this city and find it easy to share my passion with anyone I come in contact with. I am relocation certified and am regularly told by individuals moving to the area how refreshing it is to have an agent who knows more than their own backyard. Tell me your hobbies, the “feel” you are looking for in a neighborhood (historic to new construction), your favorite kind of food and I will show you multiple locations in Greater Cincinnati. Would you like to talk about or see downtown? OTR? Northside? Glendale? Sharonville/Evendale? Bridgetown? Loveland? Madeira? Anderson? And everything in between just to name a few! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t know it all but I am an open book, learning as much as I can and leaving no stone unturned. This is a fantastic city and I find it easy to promote businesses, organizations, sports, restaurants and other venues across all economic bases.
I developed LiveandPlayCincinnati.com not as a “real estate” website but as an Information hot spot. After living in other parts of the United States the one thing I found difficult with each move was figuring out the different suburbs within a metropolitan area. I often wondered why there wasn’t an easy way to get an unbiased opinion of different suburbs and what areas were suited my personality.
After moving to Cincinnati and attending the University of Cincinnati, I have been a certified Personal Trainer for over 24 years, worked for Chiquita in the MIS department and began my own property management company in 1994. In 2004, I was licensed in Real Estate and joined Zicka Walker Homes where I was involved in the designing of two HOMEARAMAS, sales of multiple homes and was Dennis Walkers Assistant. I have also been actively involved in the redesign and restoration of multiple homes including an 1892 brick Victorian and most recently a complete redesign of a "Zicka Homes" house built in 1982. My work in home construction and restoration led me to register as a general contractor in Clermont County in 2003. Throughout my experiences in new construction and sales I became very passionate about helping fellow Cincinnatians find their perfect home. These experiences eventually led me to commit full-time to a career in real estate sales. In 2005 I joined Coldwell Banker West Shell where I am currently one of the top agents in the company. While I love my career in real estate sales it certainly does not define me. My husband Rocky and I have been fortunate to have the freedom to be very active in the Cincinnati area. We have never been ones to shy away from making the most of our experiences here in Cincinnati. We are present at many of the festivals, shows, and events that occur in different corners of the greater Cincinnati area. We enjoy everything from the Arts, Music, Sports, Amusement parks, Zoo, Restaurants, Shopping – I try to constantly find something new to try and to support the small business owners helping to make this city special! If you have lived in Cincinnati for more than a day you probably have the same love for the city that I do. I want every visitor to realize the culture and diversity that our great city exemplifies each and every day in each and every area of Greater Cincinnati. |
