Born and raised in the Queen City, Linda Palacios graduated from Archbishop McNicholas High School and went on to the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University to earn a bachelor's degree in journalism and a certificate in Spanish.

During her years at OU, Palacios studied abroad in Cuenca, Ecuador, where she met her future husband, Criss. Back in Cincinnati, she and her husband live on the Cincitucky side of the river in Fort Thomas. With a nerdy obsession with grammar, Palacios enjoys finding and correcting mistakes of the written word. But her favorite part of her job at Cincy Chic is talking with the wonderful and interesting people that make the Tri-State so great.

Palacios comes from a family of six kids, which has grown to include 10 siblings-in-law, six nephews, and three nieces. For fun, Palacios satisfies her competitive nature over board and card games with her family and friends. And she can never pass up an indulgence of Graeter's raspberry sorbet or black raspberry chip or Elena's Blueberry Pie ice cream.
