Woodhouse Day Spa's New Online Boutique
This Montgomery-based destination is known for its spa and relaxing atmosphere. But now, thanks to its new online boutique, people around the world can enjoy its organic skincare and spa products at home.

Everyone enjoys day at the spa, but what about those times when you want a little R&R without leaving the house.


The Woodhouse Day Spa has just the solution. Located in Old Montgomery, Woodhouse provides a wide range of spa services, using purely organic skincare and spa products. Now, thanks to its new online boutique, you can enjoy the experience of Woodhouse in the comfort of your own home with the click of a mouse.


"It is our goal to provide our customers relaxation," says Christopher Mann, owner of Cincinnati's Woodhouse Day Spa. "It is not relaxing when they have to travel to get the skincare and bath products that we provide in our spa."



Through this award-winning site, clients can now purchase any product used in the spa. Popular product lines such as Naturopathica, the purely organic skincare line featured in all Woodhouse locations across the nation, are now available online.


"The best analogy to explain our service is comparing it to a dentist," explains Mann, "When a woman receives a facial, she has to wait until her next appointment to maintain it. She doesn't leave the spa with a product. That is like going to the dentist and not being given toothpaste to take care of your teeth. We are providing our clients with all the moisturizers and products used in the spa so they can continue their care without waiting for an appointment with us."


The products sold on the site, however, are not just limited to skincare. Clients can also find the rugs, furniture, lamps, and appliances used in the spa, along with luggage and other specialty items. "We have a lot of clients come in and ask where we bought our rugs, or compliment us on our sinks," Mann explains. "So, we decided to include all of that in the boutique so our customers can purchase it for their own homes."


One brand that Mann is most proud of is the Woodhouse Signature collection. This collection consists of t-shirts, candles, and their signature scent. "We receive many compliments on our in house scent," Mann says. "It became so popular that we bottled the scent and have had many customers buy it to use in their homes." Using the signature scent, along with the skincare products at home allows customers to have their very own spa experience without actually going to the spa.


Since this online boutique is so new to Woodhouse, Mann is looking forward to promoting it in the New Year. "We pride ourselves on our customer service," he says. "We don't just provide customers with quality massages and give them a cup of tea when they walk in the door. We listen to our customers, which has been the real inspiration for the website."


Mann is excited for customers to discover that they don't have to come to the spa to receive their favorite products. If they want to use their favorite products in between their sessions, or buy the chair that is in the lobby, they can do that in their pajamas, from the comfort of their home.


Mann is also looking forward to hosting the annual Spa Week in March of 2013. This will be their third year of Spa Week, which provides customers with a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure for $50. "There is always a great turnout, and we hope to attract new customers this year who are interested in a new level of relaxation in the New Year," Mann says.
