All moms would find these fitness benefits incredibly priceless. If she is like most of us, she's probably even mentioned how she would like to drop a few pounds or just get in better shape. In fact, experts say that about 62% of Americans are currently on a diet. By giving the gift of fitness you are helping provide her with extra motivation (which is one of the biggest obstacles in getting fit). She may be more inspired to actually get fit because she doesn't want to feel guilty for ignoring such a precious gift.
