Ashlee Mello is everything but mellow. When this high energy hot mama isn't running her business, A Mello Style and blogging, she's running around with her little one. While her dedication and determination keeps her business booming, it also leaves little time for a day at the spa.

That's why Cincy Chic and Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa teamed up to give Mello the R&R she deserves and the glam-up that takes her look to a whole new level. She is a fashionista after all!

Hair Stylist, Jeanine Kreimer, took the reigns first. "Ashley has beautiful eyes and skin," she says. "So, I wanted her hair to frame her face with bangs to draw attention to those features."

After cutting new bangs and trimming up the length, Kreimer added Oribe Maximista Spray ($28.60) for volume and Oribe Super Shine ($54.00) for moisturizing. Then, before blowdrying she used Oribe Crème for Style ($37.50) to add more shine. After blowdrying, Kreimer used Oribe Impermiable ($42.00) and flat ironed each section for a texturized and thicker, yet sleek and finished look.

When Mello's hair was finished and looking fab, Makeup Artist Kimberly Botuchis took over. She, too, went straight for the eyes. "I wanted a glam look for Ashlee," she explains, "so we did a lot more enhancement of the eyes."

Botuchis used neutral colors, such as medium brown, dark brown and a light pink shimmer. Then she added false lashes for additional emphasis on the eyes. Botuchis used the Jane Iredale Bitty Brow kit ($29.70) to add definition to her eyebrows. "This helped frame her eyes and accentuated her face shape," she explains. "It also really complements those new bangin' bangs!"

To wake up those eyes even more, Botuchis used a coffee pressed power and corrective concealer under the eyes. She then gave her cheeks a more contoured look by using a light pink on the cheek bone and then added definition with a darker pink bronze underneath. On her lips, Botuchis used a natural lipstick with a ink of pink and a darker gloss over top to add more shine and pop of color. All makeup products used on Mello's glam up were Jane Iredale.

Check out the video montage below of Mello's transformation from before to after!
