A Single Woman's Guide to Greater Cincinnati

No matter if you're the I'm-newly-single, I-hate-being-single, I-love-being-single or I-love-to-act-like-I'm-single type, we have compiled the best places, groups and events the Tri-State has to offer for whatever type of single you feel like being this weekend.

There was a huge buzz about "Sex and the City" during its impressive six-year stint on HBO. You know why? Because women relate to it.

At some point in time, women either have been or wanted to be the successful yet free-spirited Carrie who is perpetually torn between two men and can't fully commit to either, Miranda who struggles to keep a work-life balance with her successful career, new baby and friend-turned-husband-because-of-baby, Charlotte who longs for a good husband but can't seem to find one and Samantha who is the unattached, self-proclaimed "try-sexual" - she'll try anything once - of the group.

So, we created the "Sex and the Cincy" guide for you local ladies, based on our four beloved characters of "Sex and the City."

Pigall's Twist Lounge & Bar (a.k.a. Twist)
Twist is Jean-Robert de Cavel's newest venue and "Fourth Street's answer to big-city style with wine and nibbles in a setting worthy of 'Sex and the City,'" according to City Beat. (See, we weren't lying about this whole "Sex and the City" bit.) 129 W. Fourth St., Cincinnati, OH 45202. (513) 721-1345.
