From early morning business meetings to late nights shuttling kids to and from soccer practice, that doesn't leave much time for relaxed quality time around the dinner table. But that time is vital for your children's development and strengthening the fabric of your family.

That's why Stephanie Allen created Dream Dinners, a business that provides fresh dinners for your family to store in your freezer and serve in the weeks ahead. Allen started the business in in 2002, and began franchising it in 2003. Today, there are more than 240 franchises nationwide. They provide everything you need to assemble fresh, delicious dinners for your family, store in your freezer and serve in the weeks ahead.

Allen has one mission for her company: to bring families together around the dinner table. "We provide everything you need to assemble great dinners to enjoy as you relax and talk about the events of the day," their Facebook page says. "We offer freedom from the hassles surrounding the planning and preparation of meals night after night."

Allen will be in town this week to sign her new book "The Hour That Matters Most" at the at the Dream Dinners location in Anderson Towne Center. The book, which was just listed on the NY Times Best Seller List, focuses on the value of gathering with loved ones at the dinner table.

The event will take place Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 5:30-7:00pm at 7500 Beechmont Ave. Free books will be given to the first 24 guests who RSVP and attend. Additional books are available for $15.99.
