Hosts Amy Scalia Ilene Ross Molly Wellmann Crew Production Coordinator- Aymie Majerski Producer- Ilene Ross Filmed/Edited by Ken Maxwell Guests Storm Bennett- www.stormbennett.com, www.killerspots.com, www.walkonsite.com Pam Kravetz Katerina Pototsky Minevich Amy’s Guacamole Recipe 2 avocados peeled and mashed Tablespoon finely minced garlic 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion 1/2 cup of finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup of mild salsa 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice 3 dashes of hot sauce Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy! Molly’s Party Punch 1/2 bottle white rum 1 bottle moscato 1 8oz. can apricot nectar 4 oz. pineapple juice 1 8oz bottle ginger beer 1 ice ring Mix all together in a punch bowl, right before guests arrive, put in ice ring.
