This week’s cocktail:
The Rabbit in the Moon
1 ½ oz. vodka
Squeeze and a ½ lime
½ half oz. lavender simple syrup
2 canned lychees
1 oz. sparkling wine or champagne

Place lychees and lime juice in a glass, muddle, muddle, muddle. Add vodka and lavender.

Add ice, shake, shake, shake. Strain into cocktail or champagne glass, top with sparkling wine or champagne.
