Power Party
Taking care of yourself couldn't get much more fun than this. Find out how one local lunch series gives you a little escape with your girlfriends while you all can stay on top of your health.

Women can tend to put others first time and time again, so when it comes to their needs, they're lacking. But St. Elizabeth helps break that trend by allowing you and your girlfriends to check a couple things off your to-do list in one lunch hour.

"We offer them a healthy lunch, mammogram and massage all during the lunch hour at a very convenient, easily accessible location," St. Elizabeth Marketing Communications Manager Theresa Taylor says.

All of that is available with the St. Elizabeth Power Lunch series. And if that's not enough, you get the chance to do it with friends. You and up to 10 of your gal pals can make a reservation for a day of fun, food and health. "Being with a group of your girlfriends always turns into a celebration, especially when there is good food and conversation," Taylor says. "With the Power Lunch, we offer women the ability to take time for themselves and celebrate their health. We make it easy for you and friends to stay better together."

To get started, you can just call (859) 655-8777 and set up a date for your health-focused Elizabeth-InStory.gifparty. "The date of your lunch you simply show up, eat, relax and enjoy the company of your girlfriends," Taylor says.

The Power Lunch starts out with a lunch chosen from three healthy choices. After lunch while some of the guests stay on top of their health with mammograms, the other women relax with a chair massage. "Upon leaving you are given a goody bag filled with freebees and discounts for other services such as Vitage, our new aesthetic skin and laser center," Taylor says.

Power Lunches are available every Tuesday and Thursday at the St. Elizabeth Covington location. Soon, you also will be able to get your Power Lunch at the newly renovated Fort Thomas facility.
