Comfy doesn't have to mean frumpy, and this local company has expanded its products to prove it. So slip into something a little more comfortable, and keep your style with this new clothing line.

A healthy sex life starts at your self-confidence, and it's no secret that an accentuation here and a dash of style there can help boost your self-perceived sexiness. With this in mind, Pure Romance recently expanded its merchandise to include a new exclusive clothing line called Bliss.

"Pure Romance has always maintained that happiness, confidence and sexiness comes from within, and we wanted this line to help women feel more fashionable even when it came to outfitting themselves in their everyday lives," Pure Romance CEO Patty Brisben says.

The line all started when fashion designers Katie Fairhurst and Valerie McElreath of KaVatee approached Brisben with the idea after meeting her at a Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber event in spring of 2009.

"I have been a business woman for over 25 years, and it's rare when young entrepreneurs approach me with such self-assurance when it comes to offering me a product that will better my business. This is exactly why [we] chose to work with them on this exclusive line," Brisben says.

While the collection will change seasonally, the line launched its first season with cute motifs of hearts, angel wings and roses. "We really wanted it to follow modern couture, tying in what's popular with current fashion trends, but also utilizing soft, comfortable fabrics and materials," Brisben says.

Those soft fabrics translate into comfortable pieces that keep you fashionably cozy. So after a long day at work, you don't have to frump it up as you stay stylish and sexy. Whether your heart starts pumping in a racerback tank or a rose printed tee gets the romance going, "the Bliss line offers something for everyone," Brisben says. The line includes hoodies, pants, panties, long-sleeve and short-sleeve tees, tanks, and even a tote.

And present-day Bliss is only the start in Brisben's eyes. "Something right up Pure Romance's alley would be to create a line of panties or a private collection of lingerie," Brisben says.
