The shampoo and style gives you a polished look from trained professionals, and the makeup application provides a natural look with Jane Iredale mineral makeup.

All of these "glimpses" into the salon and spa relieve the stress of doing these common beauty routine steps yourself as professionals take the pressure off you and your attempts to achieve that perfect look. Beyond stress alleviation, these express menu items actually can save you time because the seasoned hands of Avalon staff members can work much more efficiently than your trial-and-error efforts.

For a more pampering-focused experience, try the Glimpse into Avalon Paraffin Treatment, Glimpse into Avalon Massage or Glimpse into Avalon Facial. Gilbertson recommends the paraffin treatment around this time of year, as it provides a moisturizing experience for your hands or feet. Both the massage and facial offer a shortened, 30-minute service. While the massage changes from the full-body full service to a targeted area massage, the facial includes all of the aspects of the full-service facial within a shorter time frame.
