Cincy Chic wants to know who you think deserves to be Woman of the Year for the third annual Cincy Chic Woman of the Year Awards. Read on to learn how you can nominate the woman who inspires you!

Cincy Chic (www.CincyChic.com), the only online lifestyle publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, is now accepting nominations for exceptional women to honor in its third annual Woman of the Year Awards.

The Woman of the Year Awards actively celebrates the Cincy Chic mission of supporting, informing and inspiring women in Greater Cincinnati. The Cincy Chic Woman of the Year Awards recognize local females who strive for professional and personal excellence, uplift the community and inspire other women to follow.

Cincy Chic will be recognizing six women for this year’s Woman of the Year Award issue:

One woman will be recognized for exhibiting excellence and accomplishments in the category of "health"
One woman will be recognized for exhibiting excellence and accomplishments in the category of "beauty"
One woman will be recognized for exhibiting excellence and accomplishments in the category of "fashion"
One woman will be recognized for exhibiting excellence and accomplishments in the category of "social"
One woman will be recognized for exhibiting excellence and accomplishments in the category of "career"
And the feature article will recognize one woman who exhibits excellence and accomplishments in all five of Cincy Chic's editorial departments: health, beauty, fashion, social and career.

Cincy Chic 2008 Woman of the Year winner, Caitlin Steininger, from Cooking with Caitlin, had this to say about receiving the Woman of the Year Award: “Last year was actually craziness because I did not know I was nominated until I had won. It was a huge honor and amazingly humbling to me to win such an award at only 21. I have been blessed in my life to have unconditional support, and being honored just told me to keep working hard.”

Nominations for the Cincy Chic Woman of the Year Award must be submitted using the nomination form, available at CincyChic.com/2009WOTY. The deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. EST on Dec. 14.

A selection committee will review all nomination forms and select the Cincy Chic Woman of the Year Award recipients. The Cincy Chic Woman of the Year Award will be announced on Dec. 28 on CincyChic.com.
