It's cold. It's rainy. I get to wear big sweaters that disguise any apple bottoms and muffin tops that may appear. So, why in the world am I up at 9 on a Saturday morning getting ready to go work out?

Well, I do feel better when I don't have to feel like a magician every morning trying to make bulges magically disappear with a sweater or waist belt. And I feel healthier and sexier after a rock star work out. And I'm usually happier and more up beat after I work out. So, I really really do want to keep up my fitness routine.

One of the things that really helps is to get it done early before the weight of the day unloads on me. I swear, when I used to do spinning and pilates at night I would miss about half my classes because a meeting would go over or I'd have to run a last minute errand before a shop closed. Then I'd be mad at myself for the rest of the day, and then I'd eat some Graeters to make myself feel better. haha! It was really a vicious cycle, seriously.

I started to do a morning run with a friend - which I really recommend because they will keep you loyal to your routine - then I started a 6am spinning class and then I started my Saturday morning Bootcamp classes at Keep It Tight Fitness! I love it and I've rarely missed a class!

Melissa and Tawnia my trainers at Keep It Tight highly recommend the morning workouts and just started a new 6am classes throughout the week. I cant make those because of my 6am spinning classes, but I do recommend going! It's a great way to start the day and beat those cold, wet fall blahs! And work off all that Halloween candy you'll eat tonight! Have a great Halloweekend!

Check out the video below where Melissa and Tawnia share some tips on how they "Keep It Tight"!
