Melissa Scalia is a Mt. Adams resident and sister to the famous Dayton News Anchor, Pete Scalia. A self-proclaimed fashion guru, her biggest fashion advice is to never wear yellow and black, especially to a Bengals game. She has been a Cincinnati Ben-gal Cheerleader for the past four years, during which she traveled overseas to entertain US Troops, and represented the Bengals at the 2006 Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Instead of quitting her job as a manager at the family shipping company to sell surfboards in Hawaii, she decided to stay in Cincinnati and is happy to contribute to Cincy Chic. Her hobbies include; participating in charity events, browsing online boutiques and drinking way too much coffee.
